Do you work with kids and families?

Therapy sessions are 50 minutes, unless otherwise specified. For example, an intake or individual/family session may be 90 minutes if agreed upon by therapist and client.
Do you offer telehealth sessions?

Do you take insurance?
I do not accept insurance. I can provide you with a superbill to submit to insurance for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company regarding your reimbursement policies for counseling. Here are some questions to ask your insurer:
- What are my out-of-network benefits?
- What percentage of payment is covered?
- How many sessions are covered as part of my policy each year?
- Is telehealth covered?
- Is family therapy covered?
- Have I met my deductible and/or out-of-pocket max?
- What is needed for reimbursement?
I do work with Crime Victim Compensation.
What are in-community sessions?
When appropriate and relevant to treatment goals, I will meet in various community settings such as the client’s home, a coffee shop, park, etc. We may engage in a specific activity that is relevant to the client’s treatment goals. I am always mindful of privacy when choosing a location. I do not offer in-community sessions for the purpose of convenience.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes, I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation. The goal of this call is to learn about your current needs, ask questions about my therapy process, and see if we may be a good fit. Please use my contact form to start the process.
